Are Promotions Dehumanizing?

Employment is dehumanizing, unless you are a partner or have something your employer can't live without.

Promotions are better than none, but you have to leave a place to really better yourself and change how you're perceived and the story of your career.

I just changed industries and got a 60% promotion based on how different industries value the same skills.
