More people should taste the venom of 120VAC wall power. It's not going to kill you, its a nasty bite but you won't remember it in 5min.

"Respect" is fine and rational. This kind of attitude is unreasonable fear.

I mean, like any respectable home renovator it’s happened to me too and I’m here to talk about it but that’s a long way from saying more people should experience it.

Old LCD monitors with high voltage backlights would like a word with you. I have no idea what this monitor was using but before white LEDs were good there were some serious voltages for whatever lighting tech some of those panels came with.
