First they mandate you take their mostly-untested medical treatment on pain of basically imprisonment, and then when it ruins your life because it wasn't "safe and effective" after all, you're not allowed access to the legal system for recompense.

A year ago, they were perfectly safe, 95% effective at preventing infection, and 100% effective against severe illness.
Now, we know that they cause a host of serious long-term health problems, are effective only for a couple of months, produce no sterilizing immunity, barely reduce rates of infection, do virtually nothing to reduce spread, cause increasing damage to the immune system with repeated injection, but do actually produce lower rates of severe illness and death.
Unfortunately, though, we created a vaccine mandate and passport system long before figuring any of that out.
Many people lost their jobs to oppose and help end these mandates (which, incidentally, did essentially zero to combat the spread of Covid), and now a lot of people want to pretend the whole thing never happened because they just don't want to take the L, and admit that they supported some pretty heinous stuff in a moment of media-driven panic and scapegoating.
