Do you mean "do you only charge right before you drive?"
I think it may be "Do you leave your EV in the garage after charging it" as opposed to say, moving it 40ft or more away from buildings, trees, and small children lest it suddenly manifest a demon (or just burst into flames, but who knows what really happened with all those fires, eh?)
I’m not sure, but given the “when fully charged outside” phrase in the question, I think the question is about charging using a public chargers: “Once your car is fully charged, do you move it away so that others can use the charger?”
