I mean do they need to be worth anything for them? If it works it works. There is value in it only if selling - else if they are using it for the foreseeable future then the only value it would have under normal circumstances is it's junk value.

That's no problem for Aeroflot. Just like it's no problem for me that I can't take my Mercedes out of the country either. Not that I would ever need to do that, anyway.
It's far from certain they can produce the parts in question at all.
Aren't they the people who are or were making titanium stuff for Boeing previously? I think you'll find that they could do that easily if they ever want or need to.
Most of the parts aren't made of titanium. Russian companies have the equipment and skills to manufacture functionality equivalent replacement parts. But they lack the specifications and reverse engineering isn't easy.
