I used to say he who panics first panics best.

Not sure I'd be eager to buy a GPU with a couple years of electromigration at elevated temps on it for $300.

Aren't they more efficient when underclocked (and therefore cooler)?

Also I've heard that thermal cycling is hard on electronics. These probably would have a pretty low cycle count.
