I'm starting a tech cooperative. Ping me if interested.
Premises: high income gigs, balanced focus on in-house grown SaaS and on-prem subscriptions for passive income, cash evenly distributed among members, freedom for everyone to take time off as they want, senior-level members to execute tasks in a precise and timely manner, junior-mid level members welcome to learn the tricks of the trade, everyone is equal - we coagulate inside a Decentralised Autonomous Organisation (DAO) that gives rights to all of you.
We're taking the best out of all worlds, into a tech coop that's focused on quality of life and service
