Especially when, like this tool, the guy starts calling home 5 min after start (attempt caught by LuLu without taking a single screenshot). Supposedly is only performance and usage metrics,... but who knows.

you're right, there's some telemetry being transferred, it could be turned off in the preferences. I think it also checks for the new version exactly five minutes after launch, that call goes to https://shottr.cc/api/version.json
