I do not give my employer a single inch. My employer owe me less than 1% of a months pay, but I had my union on top of this shit immediately. If it was my choice to do something out of the ordinary, sure, that is on me, I just gave them a bit more work for the same pay. But when they start to tell me to spend my paycheck on work for them, pay I have already paid tax for, then they can suck a long one.
