Lessons learned while growing into Platform Engineering

This week I spoke at PlatformCon about Growing into Platform Engineering, sharing my experience leading such a team as we scaled the engineering org.

Given my talk notes were pretty detailed, figured I'd turn them into a blog post that I could share on HN as well.
