while I think "Nicer wrapper around OpenAI API" is definitely a gap in the market right now, it feels kind of shitty to hide the fact that this is all this is in the small print of the small print (bottom of Gumroad 'purchase' page) -- and that you have to pay for both.

'minimal' also seems misleading to me, as OpenAI charges per word, including input/training words, so it's pretty easy to run up a fairly high bill with 'average use cases'

I intended to imply a personal assistant. But I think it makes sense to replace with features.

I have removed it and added an actual usecase GIF.

I would suggest getting someone to proofread your website for grammatical errors and clunky phrasing, especially since this software is being sold as a tool that can fix grammar mistakes.

It can do different tasks, say, it can fix grammar mistakes, rewrite a sentence, turns short instructions into an email, and write an outline for a topic. It works across different applications, say Pages, Notes, Gmail, Mail, Outlook, and more. Elephas uses OpenA as the AI engine. I would appreciate your feedback.

Yes, users need to input their own OpenAI API keys.

I wish davinci-002 wasn't so damn expensive to use :(

Why should one use this and not the OpenAI Playground itself? As far as I'm concerned I'm fine with having a website open. One does need an API key anyways.

GPT has to figure out which of the tasks they advertise it's supposed to do right now. Should it fix your grammar mistakes or convert it into an excel formula?

I imagine they did some prompt-engineering to get OpenAI to give good results for their use cases, pattern match your input to find a good prompt from that list and prefix your input with it.

This seems to violate many of the OpenAI release guidelines (I am currently working on guiding a project through them, so am painfully aware of their stringency).

Notably it:

- Anthropomorphises the AI agent

- Claims 'actual' intelligence

I will probably remove the "actual" intelligence part and make it clear it uses OpenAI.

The "sales meeting summary" example takes a nice overview of the information and converts it into hard to read needlessly long text. The others are cool though.

I have added more features that let users expand text in different styles, such as professional, friendly, and polite.
