Having worked at several startups and having tried to create my own startup I can honestly say...

Silicon Valley is SO perfect. Even the picture of Lena on the wall and the binary on the shirt!

I swear to God I know Gilfoyle. His conversation with H.R. is dead on.

I stop the show to yell to my wife...OH, MY GOD, They got the REAL guy! He's NOT an actor!

I know someone at a startup that can't watch it. He can't get through season 1. He claims it is too real to acknowledge. It makes him anxious.

Kudos to the writers / producers.
