The CEO who fired 900 people over Zoom is accused of misleading investors

If you have board members resigning, take a moment to think what's wrong.

If the way you fired people has been this newsworthy and investors/executives(here) are suing you, and you still don't know what the issue is, I don't think even looking at the mirror will help.

Oh the délicieuse ironie of this event! The guy's VC's defended him after he fired 900 employees over Zoom. But his performance was so very good they insisted. He will take a break and we will get him mentoring. Well turns out his performance wasn't so good after all.
