I often walk next to a bike lane that has some freestanding posts separating it from road parking and then a road. Cars sometimes knock the safety posts into the bike lane causing a serious hazard to cyclists. I'll move fallen posts out of the bike lane and up against the curb but the situation is ridiculous. This is in addition to all the other debris you mention.
