Hmm. I am unsure I agree. These artifacts are part of a good project management methodology. Are you trying to stick them into project management software? Not correct, but its only my opinion, having developed Project management methodologies and Software Development Methodologies for a fortune 50. Yet, there is many ways to skin the cat, but i don't think your app will be any different than anything out there so far.
