Increasing Reading Comprehension Skills

Hey fellow HN people, I have realised that the most important skill underlying a lot in tech is having good reading comprehension skills. Right from understanding concepts in theoretical books to reading the programming docs, exceptional reading comprehension skills are useful. What are some ways to keep improving on reading comprehension skills and taking them to next level? Thanks.
