California Shuts Off Water to Farmers to Save Fish

Was initially wondering if these fish were flying around the sky [1], but no, it’s the aquatic variety of fish.

Given that some CA town have already tapped out their groundwater supply[2] perhaps it’s time for CA to stop attempting to grow large amounts of crops, especially those which are high consumers of water. This weather is here to stay, and in fact I expect it to get worse, not better, given the inaction on global warming; so start adapting now by changing focus, or die.
