After the luna/ust crash my friend (crypto research analyst) and i (web3 full-stack dev) felt a need in the market for education & accumulated live-data about stablecoins.
In a 1-week "hackathon" we created @stablecoinswtf (https://twitter.com/stablecoinswtf) and had a pretty successful launch (a few influential people shared & re-tweeted it, we even got covered by a DeFi podcast already).
Right now we are working on improving data-, information, and code-quality even further to become an independent non-profit-oriented "source of truth" about stablecoins in the crypto ecosystem.

Also, you might want to go to 5 decimals... or at least 4? USDT, for example, "should be" at about $0.999 (as the backing process takes a 0.1% fee), but the devil is the detail of the next digits.
