Remember- all things are vulnerable, the key to comparing actual to potential is whether the vulnerability is exploitable. E.g a machine with Win XP is vulnerable to n-Number of exploits but not if it’s turned off and disconnected. So, is it vulnerable and to what extent are those vulnerabilities exploitable.
I figured out last year that early voting is pretty much the same as mail-in, at least in some cases, so make sure you vote in person, on the day, on paper.
