Why not use a fiber bus with spokes for all data, with items that need power attached to a voltage bus that has power points as needed, that the data bus instructs via addressed data flows. Seat power, dash power, window power dash, front, rear would be all on a power harness, with graduated conductors - as needed. Fiber busses are cheap by comparison and sealed interfaces are also mature tech.
