Wouldn't indie developers rather focus on gameplay and leave the sound effects to the experts at Apple?

So they can own part of your game? Just hire a sound engineer.

Apple already provides all sorts of UI widgets that you can use without owning a part of your app/game.

Because then all the games would sound similar.
