New Startup- Advice needed-

Hello, I have already begun a startup. We are self funded and I already run a re-seller in the industry we are looking to bring about disruption. We have done customer interviews, competitive and market research, business plan and are starting the UI\UX design currently.

I am a little light one the technical side but I am not, not technical.

My question is! What is the number one piece of advice you would give me and what would your advice be to find a technical founder?
