Just a heads up the "Discuss on HN" button links back to the blog post and not HN. Not sure if that was intentional or not.
It's likely not intentional, but he has to publish his blog post in order to have a link to submit to HN in order to have an HN comments section to link to in his blog post. He probably just published with a placeholder and forgot to update after he submitted to HN. I've been down that road many times.
Author here. Thanks for noticing that. No, that isn't intentional.
But how is the finished post being posted? Considering all this cli-friendly setup, I'm expecting directly from cli? If a web interface is used seems kind of pain syncing any edits. Unless the author is of the post-and-forget mindset. Also why not use the markdown editor they made?
Ugh, that font hurts my eyes.
bearblog.dev service seems to be gaining a lot of traction. Seen a lot of posts lately on HN front page that use it..
