My suggestions:
- Cancel your Amazon Prime and Amazon account entirely.
- (US): File a complaint with your state Attorney General's office or consumer protection agency. You should be able to search your state's agency and typically can file online or via email.
- (US): File complaints with the US Federal government. See: https://www.usa.gov/consumer-complaints Typically the DoJ and FTC are the governing organisations.
- Write your local, state, and national representatives. City, county, state, and national legislators have leverage over comanies which abuse their citizens and constituents.
