Product Management Is a LARP

Does the author really not sense the irony in trying to push web3 and in the same breath claiming that developers know how to talk to the business now?
No, please, tell me how crypto can solve my problem and isn't just a cool toy you want to play with.
That said, not like this. The idea is great, but the NFT needs to be clear memorabilia, not just because of where it came from, but like, a quote or illustration from the article, just something that'll make me smile when I see it in my wallet and remember or w/e.
It's also gotta be cheaper! This could be a great way to support a content creator, but it's crowdfunding, you're running a per-article Patron here, who on Patreon has a three tier membership that goes $20-$200-$2000 (before gas fees!)?? We got run this shit on Nano or smth.
I never viewed PM as that. I always thought it was a person who understood how the tech works, and understood real world problems.. and helped create real solutions to real problems with tech.
Also, design by committee is awful.
Disclaimer: I've known great product folks (of different titles) and I don't mean this in a mean way.
In ancient times there were makers and sellers. Product folks disrupted ths crusty old business model by inserting themselves between existing players and facilitating. By both making those interactions easier and by creating a place for themselves.
Now, that's normal. What are the current boundaries to disrupt? Or did that already happen with people like certified scrum masters?
> design by committee is awful
Sure, but design by designers is startlingly rare.
