Is there a way to “short” the population growth rate?
I'm trying to find a way to hedge myself against the actively declining population growth rate in most Western countries.
Is there a good way to achieve this?

"Back to the land" / "drop out of society" is going to be an easy sell to new parents for a while too; go back tot he marketing pitched at ex-hippies in the mid-70s and see what looks like it might sell today.
