Show HN: 3D Portfolio website with late 90s aesthetic, made with Three and React

In preparation for my summer job search after graduation, I have dedicated the last 3 months of my life developing my portfolio website to showcase my skills. I got the idea in February and started development in March. This project was so fun and challenging to work on both creatively and technically. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

Any feedback or critique is appreciated! I had such a blast making this and I’m honestly just so excited to finally be sharing it!!!

It's flawless on Safari. It's impressive. It looks like it was fun to build! I think the smudges to sell us on the screen make it filthy. :p

unfortunately i use firefox...and you don't support that

Amazing work! DOOM in WEBGL looks like inception movie. a dream within a dream

Cool, but maybe have a way to view the site without all the simulation fanfare. Make it a proper 90s site.

Pretty sweet. Eventually DOOM crashed but man what that fun. Bravo

I'm impressed you got Oregon Trail working in Win95 with sound :)

AMAZING!! Hope you land your dream job because you deserve it.

Wow this is looking amazing on Google Chrome. Love it!

Crashes on Chrome on mobile when you zoom in
