Imagine bragging and laughing about hearing the 'pop' in the shoulder of a 73 year old woman that you just threw to the ground. Wonder if members of non-state gangs would get only five years rather than that 10 to 30 he avoided.
Sadly, this behavior is not only tolerated but encouraged until it happens to someone sympathetic.
