Century of the Self

My thoughts exactly. The attempt to "draw a line" between all these practices over decades seems like a failure. It is clear, however, that businesses and governments have continued used these same ideas in various forms and with various kinds of spin in order to goad people into buying products and ideas.

I thought it was interesting that the same ideas were repackaged and relabeled numerous times, often even flipped on their heads, and then reused by a new, competing political party or product.

I liked this series. Pretty eye opening stuff.
