Not going into details, but yes, I was/am pretty mad at Google and Samsung. Seven months of use followed by a total loss of data left me with a negative attitude.
You probably should go into details. I've never, ever heard of anything remotely close to this happening with an Android device.
why so defensive? everybody knows Android is a 2nd-rate iPhone rip off.
