Ask HN: How to do HR (HCM) employee directory integration with Keycloak?

Has anyone done any HR employee (HCM/HRIS) directory integration with Keycloak. Any HR employee directories that integrate better than others? A one way sync of the directory should be good enough. Perhaps later on a two-way directory integration might be necessary but I can't think of a reason for it.
