But Insects are never going to be on the menu. In fact any restaurant that offers insects on the menu will be a restaurant to loses me as a customer. I expect the health inspectors are ensuring there are 0 insects at restaurants.

So, do you also refuse to eat shrimp, crab, or lobster? I've tried mealworms before, and they're not bad at all. Insects seem to have potential for capturing agricultural waste streams that are otherwise un- or under-exploited as well.

I know many people who see these as insects. These are not insects, not quite the same equivalency.

To answer your question, maybe a few times a year? Very rare.

Dont take me as opposing insects, let them produce insects. My words are about my personal response.

Shrimps, crabs and lobsters are great. I certainly do hope that, when we eventually have a CO2 pass, they will include those in the quota-free category of foods!
