This is good enough reason to change the management. TikTok didn't take a few years to get huge. Authenticating users, getting rid of ICO / NFT scams don't take few years with proper engineering.

Sounds rather unlikely policies against advocating violence would be rescinded because that would probably be illegal.

The US has hundreds of years of legal case law around the 1st amendment. Calls for violence, fighting words, and other well-defined things are NOT protected under the 1st amendment.
