yes but it doesn’t change the fact. the men who are on the receiving side are just as much victims regardless if a member of the same sex or differnt is the perp
It does make me wonder if penectomy and castration should be the standard punishment for rape, not just incarceration. Otherwise they're just being given access to a new set of potential victims.
