Two shadowy industries. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if the DRM crowd just went to these sketchy VPN providers and bought the data they wanted. Wouldn't surprise me one bit.
In all honesty they may have a case against the proxy providers that call themselves a VPN without actually offering a VPN.
