Ask HN: How to override macOS Slack electron app keyboard shortcuts?

Does anyone know how to override Slack's electron app's keyboard shortcuts? I would be willing to unpack the app / repack it if necessary.

It is very disruptive to switch to Slack's command-shift-U rather than the standard command-shift-K used almost everywhere else for creating links in text.
