OP here - thinking of launching a small, fairly niche SAAS product. The tax implications seem to be by far the most complex part of creating a globally distributed digital product, which perhaps is just a testament to how good a job engineers over the last 4 decades have done in making this stuff first possible and then easy.
Should I be worried? Has anyone done this?
