Ask HN: Can you restrict Google Colab drive access to a single folder?

I often try colabs on Google. Many ask to save files to your Google drive. This makes sense to save the output of calculations. Many colabs do not make sense without it.

But isn't it a security risk to do so?

Is there a way to restrict access to a single folder, so the colab cannot wreck havoc with the rest of your Google drive?
