Show HN: I built a Covid sewage numbers Twitter bot

Something I really like about this bot is that the actual implementation ends up being just two commands running in a GitHub Actions scheduled workflow.

This command takes the screenshot, using my shot-scraper tool:

    shot-scraper https://covid19.sccgov.org/dashboard-wastewater \
      -s iframe --wait 3000 -b firefox --retina -o /tmp/covid.png

Then this command sends the tweet, using a tiny tweet-images command I built for this project (but released separately):

    tweet-images "Latest Covid sewage charts for the SF Bay Area" \
      /tmp/covid.png --alt "Screenshot of the charts"
