TikTok created an alternate universe just for Russia

Thanks God that there is an easy way for Ukrainian to consune Russian propaganda has appeared.

Do not understand me wrong, but Ukrainian govt has blocked maybe half of Russian internets, so if I want to know what enemy is thinking about I need vpn. Not to mention that most of that carpet blockings are doing that to peaceful resources (idiots). Now if I will buy a Russian vpn and go to Tiktok I can see user-generated only content mostly about war. Bellissimo!

why would anyone want to show/promote war/explicit content on a social media for teenagers built to share user created entertainment content?

is that part of https://www.theverge.com/2022/3/30/23003168/facebook-tiktok-... ?
