An army of Twitter bots has been promoting Tesla stock for a decade

Interesting. The obvious question is: who created and controls all these bots, and why?

So far, there's no evidence of involvement by Elon or Tesla. They may have nothing to do with it.

But who else would have a strong incentive to do this sort of thing?
