No idea about Libya situation, but in Europe, people wanting side with the west is very natural choice.

Please compare Ukraine’s or Belarus or Moldova’s situation (politic/democracy and economic) with any EU country bordering Russia.

People see the difference, and want better life for them selfs and their children.
