It’s going to hurt the companies or it won’t…. It’s all down to the workers, who have now seen both options (home and work). It middle managers who are driving this and their bosses have also seen the home and office value of these people. Penny wise and pound foolish is a cliche for a reason, so determine who is a 21 century company and who isn’t and position yourself accordingly.
