Facebook closing group helping Ukrainian refugees for trademark infringement

Context: "white busses" is what the rescuing of Scandinavians during WW2 was called, since the busses transporting them back were white.

To help evacuate Ukrainian refugees, provide medications etc, someone created a temporary help organization with the same name. That Facebook page was used to coordinate between lots of people and getting help to where it's needed.

But it got shut down, due to a travel company with a similar name reporting it. No one at fb to talk to.

I don't understand why people are still using FB / Google for important things.
