We did a wargame in 2017 where somebody shot the top of Trump Tower with one of those from the north side of Central Park (close enough to hit, far enough to survive...)

We figured the radiation field would kill somebody on the ground nearby but that's a very sturdy building and if it didn't collapse completely you might still be alive when they dig you out.
