I would like to point out that Cloudflare leaving Russia would cause some of those former customers to use DDOS-guard instead. DDOS-guard is a Russian company, and would almost certainly be nicer to Moscow than Cloudflare.
So what? Is this supposed to be a public shaming of these companies? What good would it be for Ukrainians that Russian developers now couldn't be able to use Cloudflare services?
