Ask HN: Disable GitHub Mention/Resets

I have my first name as my GH username. Although it is a nice-to-have thing, since my name is common enough I get junk mentions to all sorts of repos, spam PR & constant password resets (attempt to break in?). It has locked me out of my account in the past as well. Is anything doable? Can anyone at GH chime in?
