iOS Screen Recordings are being blocked

I just get a black screen when I do a screen recording?

Usually this is because of DRM - are you trying to record Netflix?

No, but nothing will record. I just get a black screen.

Is it a business phone/for work? I wonder if it might have an admin profile on it that restricts that.
