I'm hoping to be a first time home buyer in the next two years, and I'm wondering if hot markets now are complete nonsense from a 20-30 year perspective. Is there any reputable business that will look at a potential purchase and give me figures on what it could like like by the time my mortgage is paid off? Is it possible for them to estimate what insurance rates will be over that time as well?
