The fact that the author was not immediately banned from NPM says quite a lot.

My first encounter with doxbin, apparently a pastebin clone but for doxing.

Is this state sponsored? Why isn't Twitter stepping in? It is rarely that easy to steal an entire Twitter account.

Its far more likely just password reuse from a breached site. Done by someone who lost all their files and was pissed off

It was someone from 4chan's /g/. I don't have the link anymore but iirc there's a thread archive link floating around.
